Accidental purchase

I accidentally purchased a 6 month subscription to eharmony. I was looking for a cheaper alternative or a 3 month subscription but didn’t realize by clicking on the apple I was automatically charged. Please let me know if I can get reduced to a 3 month subscription and get refunded the difference Or if I can cancel and get a full refund altogether.
