When Safari re-opens it doesn't always have my pinned tabs and I have to open all the sites and re-pin. I now save the links in a folder, but there must be a way of just permanently always opening them or having the available?

Pins are essentially mini tabs that you want to appear permanently in Safari, and setting them up to save your settings when you close and re-open Safari should reinforce the pin.

Change General preferences in Safari on Mac - Apple Support
You should be able to set Safari to open with a new window, and then set new windows to open with your Tabs folder. Note that it’s important to have “Close windows when quitting an app” selected in System Preferences > General, too.

Thanks for your reply again! Yep, that's how I have the pins set up and saved. I also have iCloud/Tabs/Safari setup.
They don't disappear every time either. Yesterday I updated to OS 15.3 and my Mac restarted and when Safari came back up, they were gone. Generally when I manually close Safari and re-open they're still there.
Maybe it's just updates and crashes that wipe them, not sure I've paid attention to when and why, maybe that's the reason?

If they don't disappear every time you close Safari, it may be a good idea to contact Apple Support for more advanced support. If Safari is crashing, the reasons may be connected.

Thank, not sure if I'm missing something? This doesn't seem to show all my pinned tabs when I re-open, but rather just opens all links as tabs and I would have to re-pin them again?
