How do I downgrade beta back to non beta version without losing all my data?
I enlisted in the beta program for Monterey and now I have programs that don't work. Wanting to revert back to non beta version.

Unenroll from the beta program in Feedback Assistant on Mac
Have never been enrolled for Beta Testing - perhaps a more Learned Colleague will provide some guidance on the right course of action thereafter.

Yup - a wipe and reinstall of a Non Beta would be in-order
