iTunes review loop

Trying to download free app from apple store on phone. Keeps saying this is the first time I’m using iTunes Store, review to create an iTunes account. Asks for password. I enter Apple ID password and it puts me back a the same message: first time using iTunes, review to create an account. How do I get out of this loop?

We see you viewed the Apple Support page to Sign in with your Apple ID - Apple Support


Have you tried restarting your device then trying again to complete the process?

Which exact OS version are you using when this happens? Do you have any pending updates?


We hope a normal restart can help quickly resolve this.
