How to print from Apple News

The only way I've found - on iPhone or iPad, share the story through email or Air Drop (or iMessage etc) to a Mac. It opens in Apple News. Under "File" in Apple News, you'll usually find "Open in Safari" where you can get the Reader view (usually) and print to a printer or to PDF, or otherwise just print the browser page out of Safari.

Lots of things wrong with the way these come out sometimes as well as the ridiculous hurdles, but the Reader view out of Safari seems to be the best way.

I am not sure, but usually it has to do with copyright issues. Your subscription allows you to read the content, but you do not own it.

You're right that the content is copyrighted, but there are lots of scenarios where copyright law permits fair use reproduction of copyrighted content.
