First thing to try is toggling cellular data on/off.

If that does not work then try Settings -> General -> Reset -> Reset Network Settings.

Your phone will reboot but you will only lose any associated WiFi passwords. All your other data will remain. I had an issue where my cell phone kept popping up an error of an error of the line was no longer available and this resolved it.
