So lately i've realized that there's a little shadow on top left corner of my iPhone Xr, maybe anyone here that ever facing the same issue with me? What should I do? Should I bring my device to the service center or just live with it? But if i choose to live with it, will it get worsened?

I would live with it. Hopefully you use daily iCloud Backup or weekly backup to a computer in case it does fail,
Most likely a new screen will fix it but it will cost more than the resale value of the phone.
