Unable to verify Apple ID

I'm unable to verify my Apple ID (@me.com). I've been using it for years but now I can verify, I still receive emails etc and every works.


I can't however log in to iCloud via a browser or use the Apple ID site, because it asks me to verify. I would enter my Apple ID and the message would say "This email address is not available. Choose a different address." and I can't get past that screen

Which device are you trying to log in to either website from?

Which web browser are you using?

Is that device connected to a personal Wi-Fi network, business Wi-Fi network, or using cellular data?

Do you use a VPN or have a private browser opened when trying to log in?

Which Apple devices do you successfully have your Apple ID logged in with?
