Macbook pro 2018 making huge noise like a bomber (not from the fan)

I bought my Macbook pro in Dec 2018, 1 year later it started making short and long engine noise, like a bomber. Short noise last 1 second with laud fan noise after it. Long noise (not in the video) last 2-3 seconds like the engine sound of a sport car, with laud fan noise after it.

Here is a recording of the short noise: "Boom" and fan noise and dotting noise "da da da"

Please help

Thank you guys. I send it to repair, problems solved. A part for the fan fell off, and the battery is swelled, and the keyboard need to be changed. There is also a minor problem with the screen. I may need to change the screen too next time.

Can you run the user Diagnostic...not as definitive as Apple's own AST2 (Apple Service Toolkit) back bench diagnostic, but may kick out an error code.
