There is no such thing as an International Version of iPhone. iPhone is sold and manufactured for different regions in the world. It is always advisable to ONLY purchase the phone in the country you live and will use it.
iPhone Warranty is NOT international. For example, if you purchase an iPhone in the US and then take it to your home country, let's say Israel. If the phone requires warranty service or replacement, you will have to bring the phone back to the US personally. You cannot ship it to Apple and Apple Israel can't replace the phone there, because Apple requires replacements to be the same model as purchased. And an iPhone manufactured to be sold in Israel is not the same phone as is manufactured and sold in the US.
