Hi I won a brand new unused Magic Keyboard that is not compatible with my new iPad Pro. I was wondering if I can trade in the Magic Keyboard for another apple keyboard compatible with my 12.9” iPad Pro

You can try selling it on your own, then add the money needed for the appropriate Apple keyboard.

This is ******. I paid over $300 for the Magic keyboard and can’t use it with my device. I’ve tried selling it but no one will buy it. It’s brand new and has never been used. The only other option Apple gives me is to recycle it. Which means i essentially just threw over $300 away for nothing.
