My account has been disabled in the App store and iTunes for mistakenly disputed charges

Hello dear concern,

I mistakenly dispute 2 apple purchase.

And got refund. but after that i realize that 2 purchase was right and done by me.

but for that reason my account has been disabled in the App store and iTunes.

Please advice me how to solve this and fix this issues.
