USB 3 to 3.5mm Jack.

Hello I have a Usb 3 to 3.5 mm adapter, generic brand. It won't work with Ipad 11, do I specifically need to buy apple's adapter?

You can buy Apple genuine accessories or, at least, they must be MFI (Made For iPad) certified.
