Uninstall Box Helper or Box AutoUpdater process

There are other threads here asking how to remove Box Helper or Box Auto Updater that are running in Activity Monitor, after they've otherwise deleted all Box.com software. But none of them has an actual answer, and I can't Reply to those threads.

So for the record: this page had the necessary instructions https://nektony.com/how-to/uninstall-box-sync

Basically, looking in your "Library" for Box software (and not finding any) isn't good enough, because there are two Library folders.... the default one ~/Library is for your own login, but there's also a global one /Library. You have to remove all Box software from both of them.

For me, when I found /Library/Application Support/Box there was a small EXE "Uninstall Box" that I double-clicked, entered my password, and it did what I expected/hoped... all Box software is gone now. Yay.
