Iphone XR locked in icloud
I bought an iphone XR from eBay in the UK and it is locked in icloud I am now in Romania and I can't contact the owner how to remove icloud through an application many of them don't work

Hello ~ Unless you can contact the person that activation locked the iPhone you will never be able to use it. Send it back through eBay for a refund. Take a look here:
