I loaded a gift card last week. After my storage fees were deducted, I had a balance of $19.00! I checked it yesterday and my money is gone!
My card balance on my iTunes is $0.00! What happened to my money?

I did NOT spend it! Only $.99 was taken from a $20 card!!! Where did the rest of my money go????
