For issues with CarPlay, try out steps in: If you need help with CarPlay
Note: If you've recently upgraded to a new iPhone or restored it from a backup, try renaming the iPhone in Settings > General > About > Name.
Then try pairing with the vehicle again.
If the issue continues after these steps, do you have issues using CarPlay in other vehicles with your iPhone?
Do you have issues using other iPhones or Bluetooth accessories with the vehicle?
