Hi there

if you have tried to see if the problem is still there on other apple device’s then one of you AirPods are dead.

Have you verified that they are clean and not clogged with debris. As sometimes that can be the problem

Try the following steps to see if the problem goes away: https://support.apple.com/HT209581

if that doesn’t work then if you AirPods are still under warranty then you should be able to get them repaired or replaced BUT only if they are clean, not clogged with earwax as I have had my AirPods fail but then to get them back after trying to repair my with them say that they are not clean and will not be serviced.

if they are no longer under warranty then you will have to pay to get them repaired, heres how much it will cost: https://support.apple.com/airpods/repair/service shown in US dollars
