After the latest 8.4.2 the Unity lights face only works in black and white the colour option shows but it’s the same as the black option.
I have restarted my phone and watch also removed the watch face. I have tried adding it on the Apple Watch and the watch app on the iPhone but it’s still bugged.
Apple Watch Series 7
Go to the Apple Watch app on the iPhone then right at the top left you should see text “All Watches” tap that.
then you should see your Apple Watch with a tick next to it. Now tap the (i) icon on the right then you will see the option in red to unpair the Apple Watch.
you will need to enter your iCloud password and then it will unpair.
once it’s unpaired just close the app and move your Watch back to your iPhone and it should pick it up like when you paired it up the fist time.
now you can repair and restore from backup.

Got it working now. I had to unpair the watch and repair to iPhone.

Unfortunately this does not help. The unity lights is bugged and only shows in black and white.
