How do I reduce the storage in my iCloud?

Delete items (photos, messages, videos, apps, data, etc.) in icloud or on a connected device.

You can delete items at iCloud.com or on any device that you have connected to iCloud. Eg. if you delete a photo on your iPhone, and you use iCloud photos, it will delete on all devices and at iCloud.com.
Where do find those specific items?... in my Apple ID/iCloud list/ or iCloud Drive?
Once I find them, how do I reduce them?
