Hello adela125,

As the latest version is iOS 15.3.1, here's a link that'll show how to first back up, then Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

You mentioned already deleting/adding back their contact details, but to confirm, do they show under Settings > FaceTime > Blocked Contacts?

As this occurs when trying to join their FaceTime call, what occurs when they try joining a call you initiate in FaceTime?

Take care!

Hi there adela125,

We'd like to help, but we'll need more details to better understand what's happening:

  1. From your post, your question relates to FaceTime, but you also mentioned having blocked a contact. As blocking a contact usually means you're not wanting to communicate with them, what exactly is the issue with FaceTime?
  2. Which model are you using, and what's the exact OS version number installed within it?
  3. Any steps tried on your own since the issue first began, and if yes, which steps have you tried?

Cheers!
