whenever i try to purchase something in an app when I have a gift card it asks me to verify payment info, when I go there’s nothing to verify and it shows me clearly I have a balance of the amount of the gift card, i try to purchase again and it tells me to verify but won’t tell me what I need to verify. Can anyone help?

You need to verify the credit or debit card in your account. If you have a card in the account it must be current and have complete information. This is true even if you have a gift card also. The gift card will be used first, but the credit/debit card must be active and verifiable.
