iPhone 13 "waiting for activation"
I used my old phone to set up, but it still says not activated.
If i send a text it goes by way of my email.

Maybe this is silly to ask, but do you have a SIM card inserted? No iPhone will activate without a SIM card. Also - you probably should connect to Wi-Fi for activation. It usually does that for me, although I've only done that recently when coming out of a restore from factory conditions.
