You can't recover a firmware password, but you might be able to remove it. What year was your 13" MacBook Pro made in?

Finding a Hardcopy:

Have it written down somewhere? If so, look for it there. Also, look in the original packaging. It would be on the pamphlet that was laying inside the box with your device.
