Apple Watch pairing

Ever since i updated my iPhone software it has disconnected from my watch. I go to reconnect, it says its updating the watch, then just as its about to finish i get a message saying unable to connect due to loss of internet connection. But my wifi is connected the whole time….?

Apple Watch unpaired while updating my Apple Watch it just unpaired from my iPhone. I am unable to pair it now. I keep getting the message “unable to pair because there is no internet connection”. There is internet connection. Has anyone had this problem? Any solutions known? Thanks

Iphone SE 2020 pairing issue with apple watch 1 I have a new iphone SE2020 and have paired it with an apple watch 1, problem is it doesnt seem to stay connected? Both updated to most recent IOS both on same wifi, will work for so long and then stops but not saying it’s disconnected etc... Any ideas?
