I ordered a watch on line. Rec'd it. Need to exchange the band. Contacted apple by phone. They sent a fedex label for entire purchase. Don't need to exchange the watch, just the band. How do I do that?
How do I return just the band for an i watch 7 ordered on line. Return label received is for both watch and band ordered
Do you have an Apple Store anywhere near you? If you do, go to your local store with the band and the receipt.
