Hello, I’m from Kazakhstan and I’m planning to go to UAE with my family and I also thought about buying Ipad there for using it in my studies instead of old laptop. I’m puzzled if I can buy it there in apple store with student discount even tho I’m not from UAE and I’m not studying there. Thank you for your answers in advance.

I know certainly out-of-country students in the United States cannot receive Education Store discounts. That's very likely true in your situation as well.

In addition to sberman's advice, you should be aware that warranties on Apple devices are not international. They are valid only within the country where the device was purchased.
