I lost my notes, I didn’t delete them, suddenly they are not here, not on the deleted files , I can’t find them any where

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities! From our understanding, your Notes have randomly disappeared from your iPhone, do we have that right? You mentioned that you do not have a recent backup, were your notes syncing with iCloud? We see that you are coming from this article: If you're missing notes on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, were you able to try those steps? Have any accounts been removed from your iPhone recently?

If no account was removed, the notes are not in the recently deleted folder and there is no recent backup, it would not be possible to recover your Notes.

You can check for any software updates that may need to be installed, since needing an update can cause unexpected behavior.

Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Have you tried logging into iCloud through a web browser on an iPad or Mac? At the bottom they have an option to recovery deleted files within 30 days. My concern is how they were deleted because although most sync notes to the iCloud it has the option to keep certain notes on your device. If that is what happened they might not have made it to the iCloud to be recovered. Wishing you the best of luck!
