I can’t get through on phone. I got a message that my phone was hacked. Please help!

I got this message on Safari:

"Your phone has been locked due to detected illegal activity. Your Apple Account has been disabled !

Call Apple support immediately

call apple at 1-877-313-5373.

I can not use Safari
