I made space in my iPhone but the notification keeps saying I don't have space
Cleared up space and have plenty to use, yet the notification does not go away. Any fixes for this?

Restart the phone and update ios.
If you can't live with it uou msy need to
Backup, DFU, and restore
If you can import your media to Photos app in a computer and copy important documents to a cloud server it will give you some resilience on case the restore from backup fails.
