My iPhone has over heated many times in my car… or vehicle you could say… and the temperature sensor located in the phone is reading that high temperature levels are detected… even when the phone is not actually hot 🥵. Should something be done about it? If so then what? And why does it matter? Yes indeed…

If you are getting a temperature warning even when the phone is not hot and it shuts down something is wrong and you should click on the Get Support link at the top right of this page to start the service process.
