Is it bad for the device to reset it to factory settings often?

Hello, sorry for my bad English :)

I want to know if it is bad for an iPhone to reset it to factory settings. I‘m not sure because everywhere theres another answer. No, you can do it so often how you want. Other are saying, Yes, the flash memory will get worse. So whats right now? I ask because I resetted my iPhone 2 times yesterday because I love my device and wanted to go sure for an potentially virus (I know there arent viruses for apple but I wanted to be on the safe side)

You can erase the device to factory settings as many times as you want. It is more of a time consuming event for the user rather than causing damage to the iPhone. You are good to go.

Firstly, reset to Factory settings may not be required to be done often.

However, as you said "2 times yesterday" will not pose any issue except it has taken your valuable time. If you mention the issue that made you reset it to factory settings then someone in this forum can help you resolve the issue without a reset. Because very rarely does one require their device to be reset to factory settings.

Thanks for your answer. I‘m not that good in English, what do you mean with 'Firstly, reset to Factory settings may not be required to be done often‘. Do you mean that its unnecessary? Or do you mean that Apple doesn‘t recommend to reset the device?
