I have received and invoice from Apple for £2.49 but I have no idea what it's for! I know my other invoice is for icloud storage. I have tried to access the reportaproblem.apple.com but have been denied access. Can anyone suggest anything for me?

All Apple invoices clearly state what they are for. If this one doesn’t and the purported report a problem link doesn’t work, I’d be suspicious if I were you. Has the amount actually been debited from your bank/card account?
