Viewing Apple Watch activity rings history

First of all, I want to get this out-of-the-way: Apple needs to stop changing things! There are websites that tell how to do this process, but they’re articles are written before the major iOS 14 update that added the Fitness app and replace the activity app with it on the iPhone. So my question is: how can I view my Apple Watch activity move ring exercise ring and stand history following the new iOS 14 update in subsequently the iOS 15 update?

Trying to figure out where in the health app in the browser section in the activity section do you want me to go. I see the standings for today, but where do I go to see previous days? In better context, I would like to see what my rings looked like yesterday.

That allowed me to see my stand hours, but what about the other 2 rings?

Do the same:

On your iPhone:

Open Health app

Tap Browse (bottom right)

Tap under Health Categories > Activity (top of the list)

Tap under Today > Activity again (top of the list)

Swap your finger over the graphs to see your Move, Exercise and Stand achievements

Note the top row, you can tap D, W, M, 6M and Y to view

Day, Week, Month, 6 Months and Year.
