Declined Applecard transactions

So when traveling I attempted to use my Applecard three times and it declined three times. These are now showing up on my app as declined and are asking for a yes or no if it was me and are pending. If I say yes will these charges be applied? I don’t want them charged since I paid for the items using a different non Apple Card route. If I say no I’m assuming my card will be locked. If I do nothing what will happen?
