Recover data from your last backup

Recover email by adding back your email accounts in settings, Mail

Recover Whatsapp from the iCloud backup you took in Whatsapp settings menu.

Restore the phone from your last backup.

WhatsApp does not use the standard backup method. Contact them for information on how to restore your WhatsApp data.
