Charge that is not in my purchase history

Why do I have a charge to my Apple cash card for something that does not show up in purchases. I now have a negative balance on my Apple Cash Card snd I don’t even know what the charge was for. The amount is the balance adjustment for $121.38. They tried to take it from my bank first. Since I didn’t recognize the charge, I denied it. Then it shows up on my Apple Cash card.

Why was there 10$ taken from my card at apple.com but when i go look at my recent purchases on apple it’s self there is no charge ?
