I have iPad mini for long time . But it locked for long I try to open by use ID password it doesn’t open

It sounds like your iPad is activation locked. The only way to unlock it is to enter the Apple ID and password that were used to enabled Find My and thus Activation Lock on the iPad. If it was someone else who enabled Activation Lock, either because you purchased it as a used device, or someone else set it up for you, they are the only ones who can remove Activation Lock.

As your issue is with an iPad I will ask the forum hosts to move your post to the iPad forum.

If this is s very old, 2012 iPad Mini 1, just forget about this over 9-year old iPad.

There is no more Apple or third party app support for any 8 to 11-year old iPad models and any type of reset of such an old iPad will be problematic due to new device activation protocols that may not work with thrse very old iPad models.

Such old iPads, if a full erase and reset ends up being successful, will ONLY result in a fully erased device that will be pretty much useless without any type of recent device data and app backup.

There is NO WAY to redownload such old apps for this old an iPad model.

Just forget about this ancient iPad.

it is not worth anything and any time and effort to get this old an iPad working again.

Sometime in mid 2021, Apple made changes to its activation servers that now check device activation validation through the Safari Web browser, now.

That old Safari Web browser is over 5-years old, now, and is NOT safe and secure to use to accesss the Internet, any longer.

I, also, suspect with this new device activation method, that old Safari Web browser may no longer be able to negotiate getting by Apple's new activation authentication server processes/protocols and allowing that old iPad to be re-activated.

I, also, suspect that Apple didi this to silently and permanently end use of these over 9-10-year old iPad models on their networks, pretty much completely ending the use of these very old iOS devices.

Apple's own procedures, my own procedures, as well as those from others, may no longer be effective to re-activate these very old iPad models.
