watch face keeps spinning since my update

My Apple 8.4 watch had an update installed last night and today the watch face keeps showing a small clock with with dots spinning around it on the screen. Everything else works but the watch it's self. When I plug is in, I see the large numbers showing the time and my other apps work too. Restarting did nothing.

Apple Watch Series 5 restarting My Apple Watch series 5 keeps restarting itself. It will randomly shut Itself off and then restart on it’s on. It . The watch has been updated to last update. Any ideas on how to fix it?

Having the same issue with mine. Have tried a hard reset but still not working.
