Automatic upgrade to iCloud +

I got an email in September 2021 saying I have been given an automatic upgrade to iCloud + at no additional charge.

It hasn’t loaded onto my iCloud.

How can I load iCloud + as I’m close to 50 GB.

The free upgrade was just for the new additional features in iCloud+ (Private Relay, Hide My email, Custom email domain, etc). It did not give you additional storage space on iCloud. This does not sound like an email from Apple. Check it carefully. If you think it is legitimate go to the Get Support page and enquire. Do not click on any link or invitation within the email.

Follow the prompts from that page to iCloud support:

Choose a product > Apps & Services - Show [more] > iCloud
