You cannot login because your account has been locked

Hi,when i try to update any app on app store it says that : You cannot login because your account has been locked.

how can i fix it?

You can't fix it yourself. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
