After being notified of new update available, received error message after hitting Install Button — “Update could not be located/accessed”. Turned phone off for 1 minute, then back on.
Now, status of available iOS Phone update says “Update Requested” along with spinning processing Symbol. What gives?

There may be a problem with your WiFi connection or you may be using a VPN that is interfering.
Thx for troubleshooting tips. VPN not on and all other devices on home network working fine. Thinking naybe an Apple issue this time?
