There are theoretically tiny things to increase battery longevity. The most important thing is to reduce the heat when charging, and Apple recommends charging without a case to help reduce heat. Theoretically using a lower power adapter can reduce the heat generated when charging, but it would be a very small difference.
Also - just because the iOS reported battery health stays at a specific number for a long time doesn't actually mean the battery hasn't lost capacity. For example, it might stay at 100% for 8 months but then drop 5% all at once. That doesn't mean that it dropped 5% all at once, but that's when the value updated.
The most effective way to reduce decline of battery health is to not accumulate charge-discharge cycles. So if you can keep it charged up all the time by keeping it connected to a power source (power adapter or USB power bank) then theoretically you barely cycle the battery. Even then, simple aging tends to reduce battery capacity regardless of what you do.
