My notes are missing on my iPhone 12 and iCloud. I have checked that toogles are all on and even resorted to a reset- backing up from a January backup. The notes then reappear for 30 seconds and then disappear again. Any help would be greatly appreciated. iOS 15.3.1

The recently deleted folder will exist only if you deleted Notes from iCloud or from the "On My Phone" Folder. Deletion from other Folders does not use Recently Deleted Sub-Folder.
I haven’t knowingly deleted any notes. They were there when I used one at the start of this month but then not there yesterday when needed to use them again. No folders at all - I had 17 on iCloud- when I did the reset, they reappeared for a few seconds but then went again - it’s almost as if the server is not commuting to my folder or something.
