Homepod Mini dont know my wifes voice

Hey from germany,

all the time my wife says "Who am I?", Siri answers her with "Im not sure, who you are."

We are not able to fix it. Homepod and iPhones are on firmware 15.3.X

What we've tried:

Delete and reinvite her to the home.

Disable and enable voice recognition function in Home App settings multiple time.

Disable and enable "Listen to "Hey, Siri?".

Reset to factory of the homepod mini.

We have no idea whats the problem here. Everything looks like it has to be but still wont work.

Reset Recognise My Voice: in the Home app, tap Home in the top left-hand corner, then tap Home Settings. Tap your name under People, turn off Recognise My Voice, then turn it back on again. Wait a few minutes before trying Siri again. Restart the iPhone, iPad or iPod touch that you use with "Hey Siri".
