Photos lost
My wife and I used to have an iCloud storage package and we recently changed to a new package that has music, arcade and 200 gigs of storage. Now all of our pictures are gone. How can I recover them?

Thank you for your reply, it seems that something happened to you during the upgrade process because your photos must remain on your account even if you upgrade the iCloud plan, so I will suggest that you contact the official Apple support to help you with your issue click on this link to Contact - Official Apple Support
