How can I see all Commands at one time?
When the cursor is moved to an edge of the "Commands" window the cursor icon changes but the window will not scale. Can the window be scaled?
iMac 27″, macOS 10.13

Yes the window can be scaled but there are too many commands to see at one time.

When I move to a side or corner I see the "Scale" icons, but cannot drag to expand the window, as you show in your image.
Edit: After trying it with the Wacom Stylus I'm able to scale the window. Switching back to the mouse and it works as well. Weird. Thanks for confirming it can be scaled.
You're welcome.
