Apple Watch Series 7 Setup stuck

Hi,

Not a Q but a quick solution.

Just posting a simple solution to Apple Watch being stuck while trying to pair and sync to iPhone.

press the crown and side button and hold until you exit, unpair and restart the set up process.

W be hen prompted to scan the Watch with iPhone cam, do not scan but set up manually. The manual process is quick and you’ll be setup within a few steps.

My Watch was stuck multiple times on the scan route, but worked first time on the manual route.

World clock complications not refreshing For a few weeks now, world clock complications on modular watch faces do not refresh on my Apple Watch 4. I have an iPhone 11 Pro iOS 16.1.1. This has actually made me miss appointments because I look at the digital time display in the complications when I’m working. They don’t refresh by opening the app, having world clock in the dock, resetting my watch, erasing it, re-pairing it, restarting my phone and watch, or turning off background app refreshing and turning it back on and restarting. I’ve also tried turning wifi and Bluetooth and airplane mode on and off and restarting in different combinations. The only way the complications refresh is by having two faces with the complications at least two faces apart and swiping over to the other one. Then they both update. But it’s really inconvenient to need to swipe twice every time I want to look at my watch. anyone have any new suggestions for fixing this? It seems like it’s an issue with the latest update, but thought I’d try asking.
