Which version of the iPhone SE do you have? The first generation needs additional setup in your MacBook Pro's Sharing settings.

Thanks for reply. In my case seems only two options actually work, connection with cable or Temporarily disable firewall, airdrop, it then works. Don't forget to re- enable firewall.
