Accidental payment

Hi, I have bought Badoo premium for 1 month yesterday but I didn’t want buy it, my subscription was canceled but I didn’t get back money to card, when I will get back my money?

Did you request a refund? Just canceling a subscription does not result in an automatic refund. You must request it. Go to https://reportaproblem.apple.com to request the refund.

I saw and I have checked status there written that Your original payment method has been refunded for this purchase. But I didn’t get money back, so what is the problem? And what I have to do?
